- Choose the color that is bright red, not pale.
- Choose texture that still feels spongy
- Select which has aroma of fresh meat, no sour smell

- 2 pounds beef, wash the fat and cut into pieces
- Coconut milk 2 liters
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander
- A piece turmeric that has been burn
- A piece galangal
- 6 grains of hazelnut
- 100 grams of large red prepper
- 100 grams of curly red prepper
- 14 shallots
- 1 teaspon cumin roasted
- 2 1/2 teaspon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspon nutmeg
- 3 leaves of lemongrass
- 3 leaves of turmeric
- 4 cm kandis acid
- 5 lime leaves
First
prepare a large skillet and
then enter the coconut milk and
then enter the spice that has been crushed before,
don’t forget to add kandis acid, turmeric
leaves, stalks lemongrass
and stir continuously for about 30 minutes on
medium heat slowly and evenly so that coconut
