Welcome to my blog guys, this time i will share about how to make meatballs. Meatballs is a famous food in Indonesia, My favorit meatballs is made from beef. Many people in Indonesia become traders meatballs because many residents of Indonesia are like meatballs.
Meatballs Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg beef
- 50 grams starch
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fried garlic
- 2 tbsp fried shallots
- 40 grams cubes ice, crushed
- 2000 ml of water
- 200 grams cow bone
- 3000 ml of water
- 5 pieces of red onions, cleaned, fried, and mashed
- 7 cloves of garlic, clean, fried, and mashed
- 1/2 tbsp freied onions, puree
- 2 tsp instant beef broth
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 stalk spring onion, taken the whites, finely sliced
- Insert starch, garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and beef into the container. Knead by hand or using a mixer ordinary, such as a food processor or blender. Minced meat and ingredients until smooth and well blended.
- Add ice cubes if the batter meat mushy and difficult to set up
- Boil water in a large saucepan until almost boiling hot.
- Take the dough and then handheld meatballs, and then press so that the dough can get out between thumb and forefinger. Take the dough that has emerged with a spoon, then input into the hot water. And so on until the dough runs out.
- Continue to cook the meatballs by using a large fire, until everything looks float. Lift.
- Boil water, then enter all the ingredients for the sauce and seasoning together. Wait until the water boils back and bones become mature, then add the remaining water / gravy meatball.
- For a more enjoyable stay hot sauce, let it on the stove over low heat.
