Satay is one of the specialties in indonesia, besides being delicious, satay is also benefical for people with low blood pressure. Satay can be found in various regions in Indonesia, each regions also has a characteristic in cooking satay.
This time i will share information about how to make Satay "Mutton" , first prepare ingredients :
- 750 grams mutton
- 15-20 rod skewers
- 10 shallots, finely sliced
- 5 lime leaves, finely sliced
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 15 cayenne pepper, finely sliced
- 10 shallots, finelly sliced
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 5 tsp soy sauce
- tomato enough, sliced sideways
- 50 grams cabbage, finely sliced
- Fried onions enough
- Cut mutton like cubes, drain
- Swekers of meat with sweker then wash it
- Combine all mutton seasoning and set aside
- Rub the mutton which has been stabbed into satay seasoning, then grilled until the spices to infuse the mutton and cooked
- Combine all seasoning sauce into the dish
- Put satay into the dish and add supplementary ingredients.
