Grilled Meatball Recipe

One of the popular food in Indonesia is grilled meatballs, it's delicious, easy obtainable, and cheap. This time i will share about grilled meatballs recipe. Before you make it, please prepare the ingredients :

• Meatballs
• Salt to taste
• Sugar to taste
• Spicy sauce

The softened seasoning

• 3 shallots
• Red pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
• 2 garlic

How to make grilled meatballs :

1. Boiled meatballs until cooked
2. Stir-fry softened seasoning with cooking oil, then inpud meatballs, add spicy sauce,salt and sugar to taste.
3. Skewers the meatballs with skewers
4. Grilled the meatballs until cooked
5. Finish, grilled meatballs ready be served :)
