Fisrt, please prepare the ingredients :
- 2 catfish
- Banana leaves to taste
- 2 garlic
- 2 red chilies
- 2 tamarind
- 5 hazelnuts
- Kencur to taste
- Coconut milk cooked to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
