Grilled tilapia is perfect eaten during family event, dining with friends, or office events. Many variation in the presentation of grilled tilapia, so you can choose one. Before you make a grilled tilapia, please prepare the ingredient :
- 1 fresh tilapia, wash, then sides of the back
- Lime to taste
- Soy sauce
- Cucumbers, tomato, lettuce, and cabbage
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ginger, coriander, galangal, tamarind water, salt, brown sugar to taste
- First, basting tilapia with lemon and salt that doesn't smell fishy.
- Basting tilapia with ground spices
- Grilled it while smeared ground spices and add soy sauce to taste until cooked
